Where we ship
United States only, to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
What shipping costs
Shipping is charged at checkout, and the rate you see there is the whole cost — there are no handling fees and no surcharges added afterwards.
- Standard — USPS Ground Advantage: $11.99. 2–5 business days in transit, tracked.
- Express: $18.99. 1–3 business days in transit, tracked.
Those transit times are counted from the day your order leaves us, not from the day you place it. See below for when that is.
When your order ships
We ship your order within 30 days of the day you place it. The moment it leaves us you'll get an email with a tracking number.
If we're delayed
If we can't ship within 30 days, we will email you before that deadline with a new, specific shipping date. You may either accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund — including any shipping you paid — at no cost to you. Cancelling is as easy as replying to that email, and we will confirm it in writing.
If a revised date would be more than 30 days after the original deadline, we will cancel and refund your order automatically unless you tell us you would still like it.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your prop arrives damaged, email hello@thecryptcrawler.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice. You do not need to return a damaged item.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us and we'll fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
