**Where we ship.** United States only, to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
**What shipping costs.** Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no surcharges added at checkout.
**When your order ships.** Orders placed now are **pre-orders** and ship by **[SHIP DATE]**. Your order confirmation email will state the same date.
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery is typically 2–6 business days after shipment via USPS Ground Advantage, depending on your distance from Los Angeles, California.
**If we're delayed.** If we can't ship by the date stated above, we will email you before that date with a new, specific shipping date. You may either accept the new date or cancel your order for a **full refund** — including any shipping — at no cost to you, and we will make cancelling as easy as replying to that email. If a revised date is more than 30 days after the original, we will cancel and refund your order automatically unless you tell us you'd still like it.
**Halloween cutoff.** To arrive before 31 October, order by **[CUTOFF DATE]**. Orders after that date will still ship, but we can't promise Halloween delivery.
**Lost or damaged in transit.** If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your prop arrives damaged, email hello@thecryptcrawler.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you — your choice. You do not need to return a damaged item.
**Address accuracy.** We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped.
